This is the DUCK DUCK CHOP 7 Inch Record cover art. I drew it back in the year 2000 and 9. It has 2 tracks which are titled BLOOD IN A PLASTIC BAG / FINAL. Essentially what we have here is a fat, naked man sitting on an office chair with his head in an oversized pencil sharpener. The “face sharpenings” are creating a loverly ravelling decoration that carries over to the back cover. Oh and he is flanked by his trusty finger-face dog.
